To achieve more space between the Y-belt and power supply, I utilized 123D Design to redraw the design and added two extra holes. Print four of these modified designs. The new mounts will center the power supply between the outer and middle threaded rods when attached using 4mm screws. For proper functionality, the power supply should be 114mm wide. In my case, the belt was only 1mm away from the PSU, so I created an extended version with four holes.
