PSU Cover + Switch
thingiverse
I wanted to give the part housing the inlet module a sturdy hold with nuts, ensuring it would stay firmly in place. The screws on my 24-volt power supply unit are positioned 2 mm closer together than usual, so I incorporated this adjustment into the design. To print the inlet module, I used support material, which helped prevent any structural issues. Both nuts have a snug fit, making them easy to secure once in position. To get them exactly where they need to be, I screwed in a bolt first without the inlet part attached, and then added the rest of the components. As for the PSU cover, I left it unaltered and unused.
