Thick-walled case designed specifically for equipment power supplies (PSU's). The PSU mounting holes have a diameter of 3mm and are arranged in a square pattern measuring 9.5 x 17.5cm at the bottom of the PSU, ensuring compatibility with available mounting points. If alternative mounts are required, please contact me to obtain the design files. The case features 5mm thick walls, making it a lengthy print job (approximately 14 hours on my printer). Additional holes have been added for an IEC type switch/socket and a 16mm hole that can accommodate either an aviation-type 2-pin connector or a panel-mounted cable grommet. Print Settings: Printer: E3D BigBox Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Layer height of 0.35mm Infill: Recommended infill percentage is 25% Notes: This case requires careful measurement and verification, as it is a long print job. To ensure accuracy, import the STL file into a CAD package to double-check the measurements against your PSU. The lid is secured with M3 screws; use countersunk-type screws for optimal fitment. The holes in the lid mounting posts are 2.8mm in diameter, providing sufficient grip for the M3 screws.
