PSU Case / Cover
thingiverse
Sharing my custom PSU case/cover design for RepRap printers. This simple and straightforward solution fits most standard PSUs used in 3D printing, and it works well for me, so I'm happy with the results! There's no built-in mount for the PSU itself; simply place it inside, connect the wires, and close the lid. As you can see from the pictures, the case is spacious enough to accommodate an SSR (primarily for the heated bed) on top of the PSU, keeping heat away from it. The design supports a power plug, but it lacks a power switch feature yet. However, there's a separate body where the plug and future switch will be mounted, so you don't need to reprint the entire case once I add this feature or do it yourself. If needed, I'll share the CAD files for reference. The "PSU_CaseV2.stl" file includes additional M5 holes for mounting other components as desired.
