PSU bottom cover

PSU bottom cover

This is a custom cover for the Newer PSU (black). I utilize an enclosure, so I wanted my PSU outside of it. To achieve this, I lengthened my wires and didn't want them loose. Therefore, I put them in a harness just like the ones that come with Prusa printers (MK3s). The bottom cover on the PSU didn't meet my expectations. It left my wires loose, allowing them to move around and eventually wear out. To prevent this, I created from scratch this new cover. For aesthetics, I even added the Prusa logo. This custom design is tailored for a 1/2" harness. I will provide a link below for the company where I ordered it, as they offer great products and quick shipping. Additionally, I plan to create a clip retainer for a 3/8" harness and add it to this project when I have the opportunity, in case someone might need a 3/8" harness. The STL files are included for the cover and two clips, with .375 representing the 3/8" opening and .5 representing the 1/2" opening. If you require other sizes, please contact me and I will create them accordingly. You will need two M2 X 16 screws like in the picture. The other screws are the stock ones supplied by Prusa. Installation is easy; refer to the pictures for guidance. Link to wire sleeve: https://www.wirecare.com/interest/home-office/home-office-wire-protection-customization/f6-woven-wrap
