PSU Board Mount
thingiverse
This device securely holds a power supply to a motherboard, firmly attached via two robust zip-ties that keep it firmly in place, while several screw points anchor the entire unit to the board itself, ensuring efficient energy transfer. The enclosed power source originates from my Replikeo Prusa i3 Rework kit, which boasts widespread availability and can be readily acquired for a budget-friendly sum under $50. I had the mount printed out in vibrant white ABS plastic material. Next, I employed two sturdy zip-ties to firmly secure the power supply to its designated holder, afterwards using a few carefully placed machine screws to reinforce the assembly onto the board itself, guaranteeing effective and efficient connectivity.
