I have always found the PSP difficult to use and resulting in aching thumbs, in total contrast to the excellent full size PS controllers, and GB and GBA handhelds. I made this case to negate this to allow me to play for longer without pain / strain. The cover does prevent the UMD hatch to open when fitted but the shell easily pops off when swapping games, and those now running ROMs directly from memory will have no issues anyway. Access to all ports (power, IR, USB, phones) is provided when fitted. The case also fits securely with my PSP stand (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5475633).
