The models have numbers in the names. These relate to the overall height of the model at a point in the timeline of the Fusion 360 project. I don't want to guess at exact battery dimensions so I've gone with this description to help quickly show the extended space of each shell relative to each other.

I have included the Fusion 360 project file for anyone to play around with as well. In the Fusion 360 project there is a parameter named “shellDepth” which is set to 13mm. This can be adjusted to increase (maybe decrease, I haven't tried) the shell depth within reason. There will likely be some minor errors in exterior finishing fillets toward the end of the timeline that will need a little cleanup if you make changes to the depth, but they are not time consuming and might not even be necessary anyway. The timeline begins with the importing of 2 models. These are also my models which I originally made in a different CAD program, and brought them in for reference to remake the project in Fusion 360; Fusion 360 is a MUCH better program than what I had been using.

--------------------

The screws needed for the smallest extension (pspGoBatteryMod13mmHeight) are:

M1.6 x 14mm

You should be able to add the height increase of each model to the screw length to get the correct screw length needed for each of the models. So the screws dimensions for the “pspGoBatteryMod14mmHeight” would be M1.6 x 15mm since you add the extra 1mm model height to the screw length.

Here is a listing for some screws I've been told work, but I am not affiliated with this link in any way, and cannot say for sure if they are selling screws or tiny shiny bananas:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/M1-M1-2-M1-4-M1-6-Stainless-Steel-Phillips-Pan-Head-Small-Screws-Micro-Mini-Bolt-/373671816445?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49286&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0

--------------------

Some of the photos I've uploaded are of an earlier version of the model. These include some PSP-style arc cutouts on the rear face. I have left the sketch for these in the project file. I like to create separate arc bodies that can be printed in a different color as a nice accent there sometimes. I tried Glow in the Dark filament for those the other day which turned out pretty well.

--------------------

Sidenote: I am still fairly new to Fusion 360 / CAD, so if you check out the project file and see anything worth giving feedback, tips, pointers about, totally do that please :)
