PSP 3004 folding sun shield with speaker horns

Human: PSP screen is many things but bright, even with modded firmware and maximum brightness increased, so a sun screen for it was created. The sun screen consists of six parts, each distinct in design despite similar appearances on the side parts. Each part must be printed individually (LB = left bottom, RT = right top, etc., with bottom referring to console side and top referring to roof side). A plain roof as well as a roof featuring Zorg's logo from The Fifth Element is included. The logo was taken from a keychain by Imirnman: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1031300 (the flat roof looked too empty). It attaches with two M3 screws to where the camera would be attached, and these should be about eight millimeters long. However, ten-millimeter M3 screws with nuts were used due to hardware store limitations. The hinge axles are made from one-point-seven-five millimeter filament, providing just the right tolerances for smooth operation without excessive flapping. It is advised to clear out any debris before attempting to insert the filament and to use PLA for better insertion ease. The axles should be glued at the ends to prevent them from falling out, though this may not be necessary. The horns are relatively small, offering minimal sound improvement but serving primarily as a bonus decoration. Photos reveal a few minor kinks in the base part resulting from Blender's auto-triangle feature not always achieving perfection. However, these imperfections have been corrected. The Zorg roof prints better with the logo facing upwards, while the flat roof is more suitable for printing facing down due to reduced supports and improved adhesion. Unfortunately, it may be necessary to print the rest with a significant number of supports (do not print the base vertically; instead, use the "lay flat" option). The bottom wall of the mounting bracket has been designed at an angle to ensure better adhesion during printing. The USB hole size has also been increased compared to its original measurement. This adjustment was made to accommodate the plug's enclosure more effectively. Additionally, measurements have been taken into account for a custom clear enclosure from Aliexpress. However, the design is not drastically different from the original, with differences of less than 0.3 millimeters. It is recommended that users measure their own enclosures carefully (the original enclosure was replaced due to damage and has since been lost).
