Pso-Overpriced (remixed) - Single Side & Hollow

***UPDATE v2*** Added internal rib to stiffen and strengthen thin walls. Adjusted instructions for layer editing to improve layer adhesion and strength. Some people like just a single "lobe" so I made this remix to reduce plastic and speed up print time. This "pso-single" is hollow and thin walled, but strong enough to withstand use and abuse. For best results please follow print settings below: Material: recommend PETG (PLA and PLA+ would probably work too, but PETG will withstand more gym abuse) Printer settings for strength: (these settings are from PrusaSlicer, if using a different slicer try to find the equivalent) Infill: 20% Layer height: 0.2 mm Perimeters: 3 (minimum) Minimum shell thickness - Top: 2.49 mm, Bottom: 2.49 mm Settings to reduce print time: (the following should reduce print time from ~12hr to ~10hr) Edit layers using variable layer height feature. Bottom 1/2 of model (from first layer to just above mid bend ~60mm) set to 0.30mm. (I don't recommend exceeding 0.30mm. Printing with thicker layers may reduce strength due to weak layer adhesion.) Top of lobe set to 0.07mm to smooth out the top of radius. Smooth out transitions (Shift + Right mouse button) (See attached photo for reference.) Bottom 35mm should end up with 20% infill, the rest of the part should print with solid walls. Filament used: ~167g (PETG) Print time: ~10h
