PSK60 endstop
thingiverse
A compact, enclosed end-stop designed specifically for Bosch-Rexroth PSK60 linear actuators replaces the factory default aluminum tabs at either end of the actuator. This end-stop not only functions as a secure stopping point but also serves two additional purposes: it holds the magnetic strip in place and provides a crumple zone in case of a crash, thereby protecting the micro-switch from damage. The theory behind this design is that the carriage will first trigger the end-stop before coming to rest in the plastic buffer, minimizing the risk of micro-switch failure. Initial testing has yielded positive results, with no signs of repeatability issues. To assemble and install this end-stop, the following additional parts are required: two M3x16mm screws and washers for mounting the end-stop cover, as well as two M2.5 screws and nuts to secure the micro-switch in place. A standard 20mm micro-switch is also necessary for proper function.
