A Custom End-Stop for Bosch-Rexroth PSK60 Linear Actuators. This end-stop is specifically designed to replace the factory-set aluminum tabs at either end of the actuator, providing a compact and enclosed solution. In addition to serving as an end-stop, it also securely holds the magnetic strip in place, while acting as a crumple zone in the event of a crash. This crumple zone allows the carriage to trigger the end-stop first, followed by a stop in the plastic buffer, thereby preventing damage to the micro-switch. Practice has shown that this custom end-stop performs exceptionally well, with its adjustable micro-switch position allowing for precise control over the carriage's movement. Required Parts: Two M3x16mm screws and washers are needed to mount the end-stop cover. Additionally, two M2.5 screws and nuts are required to securely attach the microswitch. A standard 20mm microswitch is also necessary for this custom end-stop solution.
