Pseudodragon 1/60 scale + 2x size

## Differences from Talismancer's Version: The tail is no longer Alliecat2012's scorpion, which had a restrictive No-Derivatives license. It has been significantly reduced to 6% of its original size, with 51,375 vertices and 102,766 tris (previously 856,381 vertices and 1,712,778 tris - the detail level is now suitable for a miniature). The count differs further due to sculpting with dyntopo and adding arms. It has been scaled down to a tiny creature, measuring approximately 3 feet tall, from the base of the tail to the tip of the nose. A 1/30 scale version was also provided for those who prefer more details at that scale rather than matching other minis. It now features a "tiny creature" base, with dimensions of 12.7mm x 3mm (a tiny 2.5 feet or 60-scale; a tiny creature controls an area of 2.5x2.5 feet). The 2xMini (1/30) scale version has a medium creature base, measuring one inch in size. The design has been altered to resemble a pseudodragon: It now has separate arms from the wings. The hand-like structures on the wings look more like hands. The tail is now a dragon-like tail, with spines on both the tail and body. The body and neck are more rounded and narrower than before. The body is longer, and the spine curvature is smoother. The head is longer, hangs down further, has sharper features including horns, and eyes that point outward more.
