Pseudo direct for Longer LK4 Pro (Alfawise U30 Pro, U30) on Titan extruder and E3Dv6 hotend

<p>This is the version for installing titanium extruder and E3Dv6 on Longer LK4 Pro (Alfawise U30 Pro).</p> <p>Hotend in Melow store version - does not contain a fitting, but only a plastic piece for holding the tube.</p> <p>UPD.v3 Fixed several model issues. The holder is made more rigid.</p> <h3>How I Designed This</h3> <p><strong>First edition mounted</strong></p> <div><p>I printed the first version of the directive with Titan feeder and E3Dv6 extruder.<br/> As a result, there were several problems in the models. The models will be corrected soon. I was having problems printing the holder. PID autotune don't worked, additional capasitor 2200uF in 5V circuit don't worked.</p> <p>I regulate PID coefficients manually. Result coefficients:</p> <p>P - 18.1</p> <p>I - 1.2</p> <p>D - 74</p> <p>BANG BANG 220</p> <p>It works not ideally, but do not get error "Thermal runaway".</p> </p></div> Category: 3D Printer Extruders
