thingiverse
This carrier board is designed for Pololu's 1201 stepper controller module, offering easy connections for power, stepper, and control wires. Compatible with MBI stepper controllers' mounting holes, it serves as a drop-in replacement when set to half-step microstepping. It enables selecting microstepping from full through 1/16 step (full, half, quarter, eighth, sixteen) and features all through-hole components for simple assembly. The board offers endstop connections in both RJ-45 and CDROM style connectors, supporting opto or mechanical endstops. It supports Gen3 and Gen4 connections, making it compatible with current Gen3 motherboards and future Gen4 electronics. Additionally, a 4-pin header is included for easy connection to an Extruder Controller during stepper extruder operation. Kits are available at makergear.com/products/plastruder, while BOM and assembly instructions can be found at johnyang.com/www/pscc15.
