PSCC Stepper Controller mod for RepRap GEN3 electronics

thingiverse

This is a modified version of ljyiang's stepper controller (available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4966). It's designed as a replacement for GEN3 RepRap stepper controllers. The single-sided PCB simplifies production. As a drop-in upgrade, it fits exactly where the original controller was, making installation easy. You can use Pololu drivers or similar alternatives and take advantage of micro-stepping. Since you'll need at least two boards - one for the X and Y axes - you may continue using the original board on the Z axis if preferred. Post-installation tasks include: setting the micro-stepping ratio with three jumpers, adjusting your steps per mm in the firmware, and fine-tuning the variable resistor on the Pololu driver for accurate movement across axes.
