PSB M4U Headband - stronger remix

Many thanks are due to @Yuris for the original design, complete with all its intricate details. I attempted to print the design as provided by @Yuris, but unfortunately, it proved too soft when printed in Nylon. Moving on to a sturdier material, PETG was also found wanting, as it broke in the same spot due to its brittleness. In my opinion, 3D printed versions of original designs often require tweaking for optimal results in FDM printing, as we tend to overlook the fact that even with significant pressure, FDM printing will never quite match the strength of injection-molded plastic produced under 40 tons of pressure. To address this issue, I made a deliberate change by thickening the back of the strap without altering its internal dimensions. This modification aimed to enhance overall durability while maintaining the design's integrity. In the process, I documented my approach to creating supports in order to minimize cleanup difficulties, particularly when working with PETG.
