I crafted this enclosure specifically to safeguard my PS4 VR HDMI cables and connectors from getting bent or broken. This is the quick-release model, with an upcoming knot/screw version to follow. My advice is to use 5-10% infill material, 2 perimeters (printed with a 0.2mm nozzle diameter), and a 0.1mm layer height. For smaller diameters like 0.3 or 0.2mm, it's best not to exceed a printing speed of 0.30mm/s, allowing you to also lower the temperature slightly, around 180°C (I used 177°C without any issues with unsupported zones, bridging, or logos). Be aware that low temperatures can damage your printer; always familiarize yourself with your printer and materials first. Use support material only from the base for the single cable holder, as there's no need to print supports for staples (higher layers are not necessary). Retract just enough to suit your preferences, and you can even trim any unwanted filament threads left behind, since outer perimeters won't be affected.
