I measured the PS4's mounting points to create this cover, which contains nearly all the features on the original piece. When printed and assembled, it will clip into the PS4 like the original. I do not claim this to be 100% accurate, but I consider this pretty good. In case if you would like to modify it, the STEP file to this print is included for you to CAD on.
