We're talking about a super simple support for PS4 games here, made with the help of my 10-year-old son. We've uploaded the CAD file in case someone wants to make any modifications. There are two basic modules that can be assembled (2 and 4 units) with just one click. I think it would also work great for DVDs, Blu-rays, etc.
