This update is specifically designed for other stick extensions, with a focus on improving fit and durability. To achieve this, I've created a mold that wraps around the stick, allowing me to cast rubber directly onto its surface. This approach eliminates any issues related to fit and ensures a secure hold. If you're concerned about the longevity of the rubber, consider adding a small amount of superglue to lock it in place on the stick. The mold itself is made from two-component silicone, which can be easily replaced with similar rubber or silicone materials if needed. To create the mold, I poured silicone onto both sides and then brought them together over an upside-down PS4 controller stick. This design allows for enough excess material to create a perfect model without any air gaps forming inside. To ensure proper curing, use a clamp to hold the mold's two sides together during the process.
