I salvaged a PS3 Phat power supply and crafted a custom casing for it. The supply itself is quite robust, so I incorporated numerous outputs and a spare display to maximize its potential. A dedicated LED indicator shows when the supply is in standby mode, while another LED within the power button lights up when it's active. To ensure flexibility, I designed the entire setup to be modular, allowing for easy adjustments or additions down the line.
