These are game box display stands for the Playstation 2. I offer them on Etsy, so if you're interested in buying one, check out my shop at telltaleatheist.com/3dstore. Typically, I print them in black and fill in the logo with white wood filler. Since I keep an eye on competition, don't even think about selling my designs. I thought about not posting them so they wouldn't be copied, but I believe in sharing information freely.
