PS2 Expansion Bay Panel

I created a PS2 Expansion Bay panel mount plate with 5 positions for keystone snap-in adapters. Keystone adapters are available for CAT 6, HDMI, USB, Coax, and other types of adapter plates. This design fits standard keystone adapters designed to fit in wall plates. I created this design so that I could mount a Raspberry Pi 4 inside of a Playstation 2 console and still have access to the ports. I will add CAT 6 ethernet, dual HDMI ports, and dual USB 3.0 ports to the back of my gutted PS2 case. Standard keystone jacks will snap right into the available 5 slots and allow me to have external access to the Raspberry Pi's connections.I've 3D printed this design on my Ender-3 using white PLA. I used 80% infill but I don't think that this much infill is necessary. Many of the walls are very thin and not affected by infill anyway. I would surmise that you can get away with 30% infil and it will be fine. I used a 0.12 layer height, although you can feel free to change that. I like to print at this resolution to get a nice finish. I use 200 C hot end and 65 C bed temperatures. I did not use a skirt, brim, or raft and also did not use supports. The panel is designed to snap into the PS2 expansion bay slot much in the same way that the original expansion bay plate did. However, if you plan to plug and unplug the connections on the panel frequently, it may be beneficial to drill holes on each side of the panel and secure it with mounting screws in the locations available on the Playstation beneath the expansion bay plate. There is one screw hole on each side of the panel. 11/09/2020: I revised the model and released style D version 2. This made the fit a little bit better and also swapped the position so that the keystones are inserted right-side-up instead of the opposite.
