PS1 Memory Card Jig
prusaprinters
This jig includes a base and slide on cover to hold standard male/male jumper wires in place to make it easier to connect a playstation memory card to your arduino (or other microcontroller) with Memcarduino and MemcardRex to transfer save files to the PC. The wire placements are good but I still don't have a 100% success rate with getting the cards to talk over serial. This makes it less frustrating at least. I would print at 0.10mm layer height for the jig and 0.20mm layers for the lid. The sizing also works best with a 0.4mm nozzle and the arachne slicer to not lose dimensions to layer lines in the slicer. The “channels” version of the jig has cutouts for the jumper pins to put less pressure on your memory card connectors if you are worried about damage or you don't get a good fit. Huge props to ShendoXT for the work that went into making the software tools. https://github.com/ShendoXT/memcarduino https://github.com/ShendoXT/memcardrex
