Version 2 is now live, boasting a significant reduction in material consumption and updated clearance protocols. As I was unable to locate an adapter suitable for the prusament Spools, I designed a simple yet effective one myself. The other spool mountings I discovered relied on bearings positioned at the outer rim of the spool, resulting in increased momentum that the Extruder must generate by pulling the filament, thereby risking lost steps. However, if the rotating axis of the filament spool is centered, these forces and momentums are minimized to their lowest possible levels. I hope this device will prove useful for anyone else who encounters a similar challenge.
