The original Z-stop switch bracket is unstable and hard to adjust, causing wobbling issues. I have a temporary fix for this problem using items from Thingiverse and metal parts. Here's what you need: 1) http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:15761, 2) http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:15568, 2) small hose clamps for the smooth rod, and 3) a flat plate (you can cut a fender washer). Follow these steps to install: 1) Print both parts, 2) Install them, 3) Add a hose clamp below the Opto switch mount, 4) Place a plate atop the clamp, 5) Slide the mount downwards onto the plate for leveling, 6) Add an upper clamp and press it downward to sandwich the mount between the clamp and plate, 7) Adjust as needed, and 8) Enjoy your stable Z-stop mount.
