I designed this project solely for entertainment purposes. If you're planning to build a Z-frame, I recommend lengthening the Y Linear rods and thread rods by 55 mm (2.16535 inches) as well as adding a T-belt. This modification will work seamlessly with all Prusa models featuring a 370mm x 390mm (14.5669 x 15.3543 inch) frame. Materials and methods: I would suggest using aluminum casting, but ABS can also get the job done just as effectively.
