To reduce frame deflection, place Z motors downside, making wiring management easier too. Print the Z axis part (e.g., http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:32958). Disassemble Z motors and elevate X axis using 2 CD/DVD cases as support. Remove perpendicular joints connecting to long M8 rod, repositioning it for alignment with 8mm smooth rods and Z lead screw. Assemble the modified parts, lower X axis, attach kardan joints, and adjust M8 rod position for better fit. Good luck!
