Prusa X-End motor and idler with lm8uu bearings holder

To find an equivalent, I chose to create a design using OpenSCAD with Prusa's original PrusaMendel files (https://github.com/prusajr/PrusaMendel) and LM8UU Snap Fit Bearing Holder by Jolijar (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7755). The design allows space for two LM8UU bearings with a gap in between. As this is my first OpenSCAD experience, I hope it functions well and assists others. Note that STL files are compiled for Metric Prusa.
