A sleek new x carriage for prusa style printers boasting a rod distance of 50mm has been designed, complete with an integrated z probe and fan holder that simplifies the process of achieving perfect prints every time. To ensure precision, the retractable probe is cleverly positioned to maintain consistent z position throughout the print, while its slender arm fits snugly against the carriage. Four trusty lm8uu bearings enable the carriage to glide effortlessly along a path free from obstructions. Quick-release zipties are in place for hassle-free bearing removal whenever necessary. With ample space to attach a 40mm fan on one side, air circulation is effectively managed without hindrance. Furthermore, attaching this nifty z probe, made up of just a single servo motor (a lightweight 9g servo) and an added microswitch, can efficiently solve even the most pressing bed leveling issues.
