Prusa Tool Holder v2 for Pliers, Hex, Glue, Remote, SD, Flashlight, Screwdriver, and more

<p>This is a set of seven tool holders for common tools, including the ones that ship with the Prusa Printer. Print the ones you want, even in different colors. They can be optionally be connected in a chain using 10x2 or 10x3 mm superglued magnets (the hole at the end is 1.5mm deep). Improvement from a prior design ( see <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/83877">https://www.printables.com/model/83877</a> ) to speed up printing, fit some things better as they changed size, and now use magnets to more easily connect.</p><p>Here are the seven tool holders from left to right in the main picture:</p><ol><li>SD Card holder - holds 3 SD cards</li><li>Glue Holder/Small Remote (Roku/AppleTV, etc): made to hold a Loctite super glue ultra control 0.14 fluid ounce bottle seen here, but also fits small remote controls <a href="https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VMC2YMT">https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VMC2YMT&nbsp;</a></li><li>Hex Tool Holder - in various diameters to hold all the hex tools that come with the Prusa printer and has some extra larger slots too for <a href="https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005EDIJ2E">https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005EDIJ2E</a><strong>&nbsp;</strong></li><li>Thin object holder: Flashlight / pen / nozzle brush - Designed for pen flashlights - the diameter is exactly 18mm wide so fits most of these, also fits nozzle brush handles, you could also put a few of tweezers in one of these, maybe print out two of them</li><li>Screwdriver holder - holds the Prusa screwdriver - hole is exactly 7mm wide so fits all models</li><li>Pliers Holder - holds the Prusa Pliers, has a V shape inside</li><li>Snippers holder - custom made with several internal sides to grip the ubiquitous Hakko-CHP-170 Micro Cutter - Red seen here <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Hakko-CHP-170-Micro-Cutter/dp/B00FZPDG1K">https://www.amazon.com/Hakko-CHP-170-Micro-Cutter/dp/B00FZPDG1K</a></li></ol><p>Improvements from V1:</p><ul><li>Holders have 2mm shells on side and base instead of 3mm which is strong enough and speeds up print time.</li><li>The bases are all now ovals which have a larger surface and allow the units to stand alone if desired.</li><li>They can now be connected via 10mm magnets with predefined holes instead of clips and grouped in any order or arrangement.</li><li>All exposed edges now have a chamfer.</li><li>Changed the glue holder size to fit Loctite glue bottles and small remotes.</li><li>&nbsp;Increased the diameter to 7mm of the screwdriver holder to fit the 6mm newer size that Prusa is shipping.&nbsp;</li><li>Added two more holes to the hex holder.&nbsp;</li><li>Added a 3rd holder to the SD Card holder.&nbsp;</li><li>Increased the size of the flashlight holder to 18mm to fit larger Pen Flashlights.</li></ul><p>Use the Prusaslicer .2 speed preset and change layer height to .25 layer, 3 perimeters thickness instead of 2, . Arachne perimeter generator, ensure verticle shell thickness. 15% cubic infill, no supports. Print 2 or 3 together at a time. To assemble superglue 10x3mm magnets into ends, with direction orientation in same direction. PLA works fine for these.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
