A swift Prusa X-carriage design is presented here, featuring slim construction with compatible mounting holes for typical extruders (gregs/wades). Originally crafted for a non-standard extruder, it was later altered to suit standard fittings. Enhanced rigidity comes from four #8 socket head cap screw counterbores for attaching a stiff plate or fan at the base. Created using Solidworks 2010, CAD files are attached. To utilize this design, download, open in your preferred software, and print. Please be aware that it might require some model rotation due to differing Z-axes directions between programs. The LM8UU holding flaps face upwards. This design suits standard (50mm rod spacing) setups. For a permanent solution, attach a rigid material like wood, metal or carbon fiber at the base and secure it with bolts to keep bearings steady, eliminating wobble.
