prusa style printer y axis belt tensioner (roaddog bart)

<p>I have a roaddog bart (well, based on that, now renamed bert :) ) printer. When I got it, the y axis belt tensioning was nonexistent, and the belt was just wrapped around a couple m3 screws and ziptied to itself, gross.</p><p>I completely replaced the the extruder on this printer with a pit stop: <a href="https://mihaidesigns.com/pitstop">https://mihaidesigns.com/pitstop</a></p><p>it's absolutely fantastic!</p><p>it also is <i>really</i> well designed, with a lot of subtle niceties. So, when I've been running into problems with this bert printer, I often end up copying parts from the pit stop.</p><p>In this case, I copied the belt tensioning mechanism. it's very nice for holding the ends of the belt, allows for a little too long belt to be used without needing to cut it, and it's got a really nice tensioning mechanism with good adjustment (and a decent range too).</p><p>the bart originally had 2 laser cut wood pieces with t slots and nuts for connecting the bed to the belt (and those m3 screws).
