small rework of the Prusa Style LCD Encoder Wheel to fit the Ender 3. By default, the Prusa's standard knob is a bit too shallow to work properly on the Ender. Just firmly push it into place, but bottom it out completely or else you won't be able to click the wheel properly. Not a big deal if that happens, just try again.
