Prusa-style encoder knob for Ender 3

I really like the look and feel of the Prusa encoder knob, and it actually works seamlessly on the Ender 3. However, it appears a bit undersized on the Ender 3 control panel. Therefore, I decided to keep the original encoder shaft receptacle intact but scaled up the rest of the knob slightly. I typically use a Creative Commons license for my projects, but since I'm building upon Prusa's design, I will maintain the GPL v3 license.
