After an elastic shortage scare locally, I put together an adapter that fits the Prusa RC3-style frames and can be used to reduce the amount of elastic needed, or used in conjunction with the NIH-approved "ear saver", provide a fully 3D-printed solution. 2 of these printed in PETG work well with a Prusa RC3-style frame and either elastic/rubber bands or a 3D printed NIH-approved Ear Saver to provide a secure and adjustable solution.
