After swapping out the Z-axis's 8mm lead screw, a pesky problem emerged: the threaded rod began rubbing against the top rod holder. In response, I relocated the hole to alleviate this issue and took it a step further by redesigning the hole into an elliptical shape, which allows the threaded rod to snugly fit inside. To maintain consistency with the original part's dimensions, I opted for a 3mm diameter.
