Prusa Spool Holder centering sleeve

<p>I remixed this centering sleeve from <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/social/11-michal-fanta/about">Michal Fanta</a>'s <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/10370-gravity-spoolholder-for-mmu2s/files">Gravity Spool Holder</a>, to fit over the <a href="https://www.prusa3d.com/product/spool-holder">Original Prusa MK3S(+) Spool Holder</a> and to stop spools from rocking during printing.
