UPDATE: 3.7.2020: After carefully testing and experimenting with this setup, I've come to the realization that it's not the best design for my needs, so I'm abandoning this project in favor of a new one. As soon as I have the new design mounted and working correctly, I'll update this post with a link. UPDATE 2.24.2020: After resolving all the issues I had with the RAMPS 1.6+, which was caused by inadequate cooling and power supply for my TMC2130 drivers, I decided to switch back to my trusty old RAMPS 1.6. This allowed me to complete this print in just 7 hours and 55 minutes. However, I noticed that my wire management near the top of the case would interfere with the stepper wires, so I updated the model by removing them altogether. I'll still provide photos of the finished product once it's done. UPDATE 2.21.2020: I've added a slot for the ribbon cable and a hole in the top for a filament sensor to this design. My goal is to print this weekend and test all my mount points to ensure they're correct. Unfortunately, I had some issues with my printer that I needed to work out before moving on to the SKR 1.4 Turbo. I recently purchased an SKR 1.4 Turbo as a replacement for my RAMPS 1.6+, which is a great alternative for using TMC2130 drivers. However, none of the cases available online met my requirements, so I decided to design one myself that would fit within the Prusa MK2 frame and utilize the original mounts without adding too much height. I aimed to make this case as practical as possible by incorporating features like wire management, a space for a Raspberry PI 3, and a MOSFET mount for the heated bed. Additionally, I included spaces for two 40mm fans to cool the drivers, which tend to run hot and need direct airflow. In the future, I may add a mount for a 50x15 blower to blow directly over the drivers. This design is still a work in progress as I continue to experiment with different wiring configurations to optimize performance. The MOSFET mount used in this design can be purchased from Amazon through the following link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HEQVQAK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
