Prusa Simple Spool Holder Split

Create a two-part Prusa spool holder for smaller beds like Thing-O-Matic by modifying the design from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:20663. Split the holder to print on your TOM and join parts using 1/4-20 rods. Choose between closed or open ends for spool switching ease. Tested with two 1kg spools, but not yet in production. Print parts at 15% infill, 0.30 layer height, 2 shells, 30m/s feed rate. Use Mk7 defaults, but suggest 2 walls for support. BOM includes 2x 1/4-20 3" rods, 4 nuts, and 2 washers.
