Prusa RC3 Visor Template for Single Hole Punch

This is a custom-made tool for the PRUSA RC3 Face Mask. There are two versions of the tool, one specifically designed for A4 sheets as visors and another for 240mm wide sheets. The tool provides a template to accurately position holes in plastic visor sheets when using a single hole 6mm punch. The template is compatible with the "TRIXES Single Hole Punch - 6MM Silver" and various clones available on Amazon. To use the tool, place an acetate sheet in the guide and punch two holes, then flip the sheet over and punch the remaining two holes. Depending on print tolerances, you may need to create slightly oval middle holes. The guide offers a 1mm tolerance for oval holes; if not needed, punch directly in the center. The guide assumes a 6mm distance from the hole to the tool's end, which may require adjustment if using a different punching tool.
