This is my 8th revision of a one-size-fits-all TPU strap for the Prusa RC3 Face Shield model, tailored to perfection. It measures 273x30x1.5mm, ensuring a seamless fit on any 30cm or larger print bed without the need for angled printing. With the specified settings, it takes roughly 30 minutes to print and requires approximately 6g of material. Fresh from the printer, this strap stretches to an impressive 400+mm in length. To secure it to your mask, simply connect the strap using thicker holes. For a comfortable yet snug fit, select the size that suits you best. The stretchy material will adapt to your needs, providing a perfect balance of flexibility and support. I've tested this strap with my own arms, and I'm confident in its durability – but if you'd like an even stronger version, simply scale up the Z axis in your slicer and print it thicker. This TPU strap is both removable and reusable, depending on local regulations and your access to suitable cleaning materials and facilities.
