Prusa RC2 (No Elastic Required) - Secure with rope, webbing, or elastic

<p>This is a modified design to the<br/> <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/25857-prusa-protective-face-shield-rc2">https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/25857-prusa-protective-face-shield-rc2</a><br/> that allows the user to use anything from rope (up to 0.25" diameter) to elastic bands (up to 1 inch) to cloth/nylon webbing (up to 1 inch) to secure the upper band to the head.</p> <p>With a nationwide elastic shortage it's important that we can circulate designs that don't require a specific material (i.e. button hole elastic).</p> <p>This remix on the design has not be verified by any hospital or medical establishment however it has been working well over the past day of testing it.</p> <p>In the images you can see examples of how you can use how to set up (1) elastic straps or webbing up to 1 inch in width and (2) regular rope (in this case we used a pink parachute cord) up to 0.25" in diameter.</p> <p>Please share, remix and get the word out there because our hospitals need us!</p> <p>We're working on getting this into a blog form with some more details on our website www.seattlemakers.org so please stay tuned!</p> <p>Designed by Jonathan Lenoff with the Seattle Makers</p>
