I had some bondtech gears and an R4 upgrade kit that I wanted to use on a hypercube. I decided to create a bowden version of the R4 extruder by remixing this https://github.com/prusa3d/Original-Prusa-i3/blob/MK3S/Printed-Parts/STEP/extruder-body.stp and this https://github.com/prusa3d/Original-Prusa-i3/blob/MK3S/Printed-Parts/STEP/extruder-cover.stp. The parts needed for the project are: - PC4-M10 connector - https://github.com/prusa3d/Original-Prusa-i3/blob/MK3S/Printed-Parts/STL/extruder-idler.stl - https://github.com/prusa3d/Original-Prusa-i3/blob/MK3S/Printed-Parts/STL/fs-lever.stl - https://github.com/prusa3d/Original-Prusa-i3/blob/MK3S/Printed-Parts/STL/fs-cover.stl - https://github.com/prusa3d/Original-Prusa-i3/blob/MK3S/Printed-Parts/STL/adapterprinter.stl - Prusa IR sensor magnet kit and ball bearing - Bondtech drive gears - M3x12 screw - 5xM3x40 - Extruder spring - M2x8 screw - Bowden tube - Mounting screws I am still making a few changes to the design, but it is functional.
