Prusa Pulley for M5x30 hex-socket screw (ASA)
prusaprinters

I had some M5x30 hex-socket screws (DIN 912) and M5 nyloc-nuts lying around and wanted to use them for this pulley.
Scaling everything up to 125% like in the original description would not work because of the short screw length. So I modified the body for the screw-head and bigger nut. I also increased the hole-diameter of the shaft to 5.2 mm.

The wheel model of the pulley is unchanged.

Print instructions

The Prusament PC Blend has not arrived yet so I printed the parts in white natural ASA. I printed them separately.

For the body-part I used 4 perimeters to have a solid region around the screw-holes. With 15% gyroid infill and draft-shield it takes ~3 hours to print.

The shaft was printed solid (2 perimeters, 100% infill).
For the wheel I used 2 perimeters and 30% grid-infill.
