<p>A 240 wide template for drilling Clear Sheets to fit the Prusa Protective Face Shield - RC2/3. A couple of extra holes (see my remx) to provide different (A4 portrait) mounting options. I use 6mm holes for the Prusa Shield with generally good results. You could drill the extra two holes at 8mm to account for hand drilling accuracy issues - or not drill them at all if you don't need them.</p> <p>The template holes for the stock Prusa RC2/3 frame put the top of the clear sheet about 1mm below the top of the Shield frame - this is slightly higher than on the Prusa clear sheet drawings.</p> <p>Regarding A4 I suggest using A4 landscape and avoiding remix-fudges-etc. Practice on paper cardboard before using precious clear sheet to ensure this works as you expect it to - you know it makes sense!</p> <p>Edges center notched for lining up if you need to do that.</p> <p>Text not tidy, sorry.</p> <p>Update: 20200406</p> <ul> <li>Eased holes closest to the left and right egdes out by 1mm to make fitting the clear sheet to visors easier.</li> <li>Updated text.</li> <li>Added half notches for lining up on top edge of the clear sheet for the Brazil remix.</li> <li>Added 0.6 nozzle files.</li> </ul> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>For best results print stock 0.4 settings. I have also printed 0.6 - quicker but not as nice looking and accuracy may not be quite as good but I'm using it printed 0.6 without problems.</p>
