Prusa or Mendel Universal PCB mounting
thingiverse
Create a Prusa or Mendel thick sheet controller mount board for Sanguinololu or Ramps PCBs, featuring a mounting for a standard 50mm cooling fan. The accompanying PDF and SVG files were generated from the imported DXF file in Inkscape; use this format for optimal results. For construction, gather 4mm MDF, one Fix It Block, three 4mm, 20mm long screws, and corresponding nuts. Additionally, require four brass PCB stand offs and four 3mm, 6mm long screws. After printing the instructions, attach them to the MDF using a glue stick. Proceed with drilling holes at designated centers: three Fix It Block holes (4mm or 5/32"), four fan mounting holes (5mm or 3/16"), and eight PCB stand offs holes (2.5mm or 3/32"). Finally, drill the fan hole (50mm or 2") and cut out the slots and parts to complete the project.
