I rewrote my IR sensors from scratch because I was having endless trouble with them on my MMU2 setups, and none of the alternate designs I tried worked great. It's been working smoothly on all my MMU2 configurations for a while now. You may need to adjust your MMU2s' position along the bar to ensure there is enough clearance for the bowden to reach the hotend. Double-check before running it.
