My MMU is situated in a very confined location, making it extremely difficult to insert an Allen key to adjust the idler tension. To overcome this challenge, I've designed a pair of thumbscrews that can be pushed onto 40mm M3 screws to adjust the tension without needing an Allen key. These thumbscrews provide a friction fit on the screws and may need to be tapped into place for secure positioning. A small step is included halfway along the cylinder to indicate approximately where "flush" would be with the original screws. This design can be printed with the big end facing downwards, and no support material is required.
